SALES
Our survey sales team headed by Robert Walch can supply or quote any survey gear you need including: Laser Distance meters, compasses, inclinometers, optical levels, the newest types of digital levels, horizontal laser and grade laser levels, theodolites and total stations, GPS , 2D and 3D Machine guidance systems, and accessories for all these items. We are happy to arrange on site demonstrations, or you can come in to the showroom. Our philosophy is very much along the lines of “ set it up, turn it on, do a job with it”. This is because that is the best way for you to determine if it is appropriate for your application. We have a hire department of the more expensive equipment which you may not be able to justify the purchase for a single project. We are willing to spend the time in training you in the use of our equipment, even it is only for a single hire.
SERVICE
It makes our day when a customer has a question about the use of equipment previously purchased from us. We genuinely want you to achieve the most out of your surveying instruments and are only too pleased to assist with this. We can make an on site visit to you, or you can come in to the showroom, or just give us a call or email. We have a sound knowledge of the equipment we sell, and can help resolve problems and help you work out the best way of approaching a project. Whatever you are doing, chances are we have seen others do it before and can talk about the methods used with success previously.
REPAIR
We service and repair all brands of surveying equipment. We have developed a calibration procedure following AS/NZS ISO 10012:2004 in Measuring Management Systems, and supply calibration certificates for your levelling and measurement equipment. Our workshop offers a priority turnaround for calibration of Optical levels and Laser levels, and we also have loan gear available for you if required. We always call you with a quote to repair if the job is going to be expensive, so there will be no surprises, and as our technicians are here on site, there are no big freight bills and delays. So if you need any surveying instrument checked for accuracy or assessed for repair, bring it in to our workshop for a chat.
